Create an hazelnut ice cream with white base and hazelnut Delipaste. Prepare a second dark chocolate ice cream with water and Simplé Dark Chocolate. (Heat water until 65° and add the product, mix carefully and add to the batch freeze). Put the ingredients into a bowl in different layers as following: sponge cake, chocolate ice cream, Crockoloso Crock Biscuit, sponge cake, hazelnut ice cream, Hazelnut and Cacao marbling and chocolate frosting.
